No. As long as we have clear access to the lawns or hedges, we can complete the work while you’re out. We’ll send a confirmation once the job is done.

For most Auckland properties, we recommend at a minimum, fortnightly services during the growing season (Spring/Summer) and every 3–4 weeks during the Winter months. We adjust this based on your specific grass type and growth.

We make billing simple. We send digital invoices via Xero immediately after the job is completed. You can pay securely online in seconds using a credit or debit card (processed via Stripe) or via bank transfer.

Yes, a 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. Bank transfers remain fee-free.

Most clients prefer us to mulch-mow, which returns nutrients to the soil for a healthier lawn. However, we definitely offer the option to catch and remove all clippings if you prefer a completely clear finish—just let us know your preference.
